Executive oversight and risk mitigation leadership across civil, underground, concrete, and site infrastructure. Ensures constructability, safety performance, schedule certainty, and timely resolution of complex field conditions in alignment with design intent. His background spans residential, institutional, commercial, industrial, civil, oil & gas, and water/wastewater infrastructure, providing a broad and practical foundation for managing complex, multi-scope projects. Raised in a business environment and supported by three decades of hands-on financial management and operational oversight—grounded in formal studies in business management, accounting, and finance—he brings a disciplined understanding of fiscal stewardship, organizational structure, and sustainable growth. This depth of experience supports sound decision-making across financial planning, internal controls, and team development, reinforcing stability, accountability, and long-term performance throughout the organization.

Brandon Clague

Project Manager
25 years Experience BASc Civil Engineering (UBC)

Day-to-day delivery leadership with direct responsibility for technical risk management and commissioning. Has managed capital programs exceeding $100M USD and led workforces of 400+ personnel. With more than 25 years of construction industry experience, Brandon brings deep expertise across heavy civil, mining, industrial process, and complex infrastructure projects. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia combining strong technical knowledge with extensive hands-on field and management experience. Brandon leads multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical, electrical, and process scopes, ensuring design intent is executed safely, systems are fully integrated, and facilities are delivered tested, operational, and compliant. His leadership experience includes senior roles on major international projects, including a $700M USD gold mining development, where he oversaw surface infrastructure from design through construction and into operation. Brandon’s strength lies in managing the full project lifecycle—from constructability and execution planning through commissioning readiness and operational handover—providing clients with confidence that complex, high-value facilities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. SGE has been grateful for the continued efforts Brandon has brought to the team since 2023.
